 MERAKINO Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MERAKINO, we take pride in crafting premium-quality footwear. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility: 

  • A refund is only possible in case of a manufacturing defect. We need to be notified within 2 business days after the delivery of the shoes. Refund is only given as a store credit or credit to your bank account. 

  • For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking and other sole stains. If you trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean surface to avoid sole damages. The replacement of the shoes takes 1-2 weeks (subject to availability), we will always do our best to expedite the replacement. 

  • If the shoe does not qualify for the exchange/ refund conditions as mentioned above, the customer will be liable to pay two-way shipping and handling charges.

  • All damages on arrival issue should be reported within 24 hours along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party couriers.

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and inserts intact. 

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

  • Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    How to Initiate Returns & Exchange

  • Contact Us – Email our support team at support@merakino.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange. 

  • Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping details. 

  • Ship the Item – Pack the product securely and ship it back using a trackable service. 

  • Processing – Once received, we will inspect the product and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

    Refund Policy: 

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
     
  • If the returned item does not meet our policy criteria, the refund request will be denied.

    Exchanges: 
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.
     
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
